Day 10: Using Manifestation Journaling to Change Your Life

 

Did you know that journaling and keeping diaries is an ancient practice? Some of the most brilliant minds of our time and times past kept journals to record both current events and their predictions about the future.

Journaling can be a powerful creation tool to help you write your future. It's like visualizing the outcome that you want and then writing the script for how it's going to happen. Additionally, a journal can be a great place to build a momentum and flow of positive energy when you use it to record highlights from your day to day life. This also works perfect with an evening gratitude practice. I especially like the idea of doing one-liners. Jotting down one simple thought, idea or desire is an easy way to document evidence of all the good things things that are flowing to you, as well as creating a point of reference for you to reflect on in the future when the things you recorded come to fruition.
