For my ATL Ladies with the Sassy Curves, LET’S GET IT!
This Saturday (3/31/12) we will be having a boot camp style workout at Piedmont Park at 8am.
Be sure to bring water and a workout mat(if you have one, otherwise you’ll be in the grass at times). It will last about an hour.
It will be kind of intense, but it will be fun too. (Please eat and hydrate 30-45 min prior)
